In this article, you will meet Aske Østergård, VP of Product, and Erlingur Jonsson, VP of User Experience, two members of our product management team, who explain how AudienceProject’s collaborative culture and growth journey drive the development of cutting-edge cross-media measurement solutions.
When did you join AudienceProject, and what motivated you to start working here?
Aske: We both joined AudienceProject in January 2024. I have known AudienceProject since its inception and have closely followed its journey. I have seen advertisers and agencies using AudienceReport for years, and I have seen the impact it can create. So when the opportunity to join came up, it really felt like a no-brainer. I already believed in the mission and wanted to be part of that journey.
Erlingur: In my case, I was motivated by the company’s strategic vision: to develop the best cross-media measurement platform. It is a complex task, and I was eager to participate in this incredibly motivating project, contributing to enhancing the user experience and developing solutions that incorporate augmented intelligence within a challenging domain.
What does a day in the life of the Product Management team look like?
Erlingur: In a growing company, you often handle multiple roles. Given the current size of our UX team, we fulfil various roles, from UX strategist to visual designer, and many others in between. This job involves a variety of tasks, so you must be flexible and interact with stakeholders to provide operational vision and support. This is what you work with when you scale up, and it’s a lot of fun!
Aske: No two days are the same – which is precisely what I love about it. I spend time connecting dots between our product strategy, market needs, and technology roadmap. I also focus on aligning with commercial and partnership teams to make sure what we build actually drives value. It’s a mix of collaboration, tough decisions, and a lot of problem-solving.
How would you describe the culture at AudienceProject?
Erlingur: As a growing scale-up, we really value strong teamwork and supporting each other. Our culture emphasises collaboration and building something great. Everyone shares a common vision that makes this great.
Aske: To add to your point, it’s fast-paced, but people really look out for each other. There’s a real sense of collaboration here. Everyone wants to build something great together, and no one hesitates to lend a hand when things get busy.

What do you like the most about working at AudienceProject?
Erlingur: Being part of a scale-up journey is what I find most appealing. I’ve previously participated in this kind of endeavour, which is always the most enjoyable. Moreover, it enables me to introduce and implement creative concepts. I am passionate about resolving intricate issues with significance.
Aske: The growth journey. It’s gratifying to see how far we’ve come – and to work together with such talented colleagues who are constantly pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in cross-media measurement.
Why should anyone apply for a job at AudienceProject?
Erlingur: If you’re looking for a dynamic, rapidly expanding workplace where you can have a real impact, join us at AudienceProject. AudienceProject operates in a fast-growing niche market, and collaborating daily with talented people makes this growth journey a unique chance to make a big difference.
Aske: If you’re passionate about the future of media measurement and want to be at the forefront of innovation in this space, AudienceProject is the place to be. You’ll get to work on meaningful challenges, collaborate with brilliant people, and be part of a team that’s driving real change in the industry.
