Are you our new Sales Director, Nordics?

AudienceProject is looking for a Sales Director, Nordics, based in Stockholm, to deepen our position with the Nordic agencies and support our continued growth.

Are you a commercially ambitious senior seller who knows how agencies work from the inside? And are you motivated by turning trusted agency relationships into measurable growth for advertisers and agencies alike? Then, we have an opportunity for a career in a fast-growing scale-up with 100+ employees that collaborates directly with companies such as L’OrΓ©al, dentsu, Omnicom Media, Publicis Media, WPP Media, Media Family, Amazon, Google, Netflix, RTL and Warner Bros. Discovery.

AudienceProject is a leader in independent cross-media measurement, enabling advertisers, media owners and the industry to trust, prove and improve advertising outcomes through a scalable SaaS platform.

Our platform provides advertisers with a unified view of campaign performance, enabling confident omnichannel investment decisions, while providing media owners with comparable, third-party validation to demonstrate the value of their inventory.

Our Nordic business is entering an important growth phase. We are protecting and expanding a strong existing client base while moving toward broader platform adoption, richer integrations and more insight-led customer conversations. New revenue remains central throughout this transition, and we are now looking for a motivated Sales Director, Nordics, to join our Nordic commercial team.

Joining AudienceProject will give you a front-row seat in the rapidly evolving advertising industry and an opportunity to work within a respected business, delivering insights about audiences across the world’s largest media channels to top-tier clients.

What you will do

Reporting to our Managing Director, Nordics, you will own both a portfolio and a market-facing growth agenda. This is a senior, hands-on sales role for someone who is equally comfortable opening new doors, leading complex sales processes, and expanding trusted client relationships over time, and who can move confidently between C-level conversations and the operational teams that make day-to-day measurement successful.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop strategic partnerships with major agency groups across the Nordics, engaging both C-level decision-makers and operational teams
  • Expand AudienceProject’s relationships beyond traditional broadcast and video teams into digital, planning, strategy, insights, data, product and client leadership
  • Use behaviour and platform usage to create insight-led growth plansΒ
  • Lead conversations toward Nordic and multi-market agreements that reflect how advertisers and agencies buy media
  • Identify advertisers with strong measurement potential
  • Help agencies create, improve or validate measurement-led products and ways of working
  • Build, qualify and manage a strong Nordic pipeline, converting relevant prospects into long-term subscription agreements
  • Win new annual recurring revenue while retaining, renewing and expanding an existing portfolio of strategic customers
  • Own opportunities end-to-end, from prospecting and discovery through business case, pricing, negotiation and contracting
  • Lead consultative, value-based sales conversations that connect cross-media measurement to the customer’s commercial priorities
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, disciplined CRM hygiene and clear account and opportunity plans
  • Collaborate closely with our Solutions Director, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to support adoption, retention and growth
  • Represent AudienceProject externally as an approachable and credible expert in cross-media measurement

Who you are

You may be a commercially driven agency insider or a highly credible agency-facing seller. Either way, you know how to navigate a holding company from executive suite to platform user, and how to create new revenue with both advertisers and agencies. You combine hunter energy with the patience and discipline required to build lasting enterprise relationships.

You bring:

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience within the media industry and enterprise sales, partnerships or commercial leadership
  • Demonstrable experience working commercially with large agencies, both at C-level and across operational teams
  • A strong, relevant network within Nordic agency groups and among leading advertisers
  • A clear understanding of agency structures, commercial models, client ownership, media buying and cross-market decision-making
  • A proven record of owning revenue targets, managing pipelines and closing complex subscription or recurring revenue agreements
  • Experience winning complex new business and growing strategic accounts with multiple stakeholders
  • The credibility to discuss measurement, media effectiveness and business value with both senior and specialist audiences
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to simplify complex measurement and technology topics
  • A true sales mindset: proactive, resilient and motivated by creating and closing opportunities
  • Confidence operating in a scaling company and a fast-changing market, where not every answer is predefined
  • Nordic market experience and high professional proficiency in English; a Scandinavian language is strongly preferred
  • A university degree or similar level of academic achievement
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the Nordic region

Most importantly, you combine brains, heart and guts: the commercial curiosity to understand how AudienceProject creates business value, the empathy to inspire trust and build authentic relationships, and the tenacity to challenge constructively and act with pace.
