Alicia Phuah will lead AudienceProject’s Customer Success team out of the company’s London office to improve customer success processes and accelerate commercial development.
Alicia Phuah brings over 15 years of experience and a proven track record of driving value and delivering results from previous customer success leadership roles at LinkedIn, Contently and, most recently, Yext, where she was the Director of Client Success in EMEA.
