Website messenger: Get what you need – fast

Whether you are looking for information about our products or services, want to talk to one of our team members, or have another inquiry, our website messenger will now welcome you and guide you in the right direction.

This means that you can learn about our platform and the technology behind it, read our customers’ success stories and get in contact with a relevant person from our Sales or Support team much faster when visiting our website.

Product messenger: Get a smoother support experience

With our product messenger, you can now contact our Support team directly on our platform. This allows you to make a support request without exiting your current tasks, giving you a smoother support experience that doesn’t disrupt your workflow.

Through the product messenger, you can choose which type of support request you have and elaborate on the request, ensuring that our Support team can handle it as fast and efficiently as possible.

Initially, the product messenger will be launched for all AudienceReport customers.
