At AudienceProject, the privacy and security of your campaign measurements are a top priority. That’s why we’re excited to introduce Single Sign-On, allowing you to log in to our platform more seamlessly while maintaining a higher level of security.

This update also makes it easier for your IT admins to manage access to the platform.

Why Single Sign-On

Single Sign-On has become essential for organisations to ensure that only authorised users can access measurement data. And we’re fully aligned with that goal.

With Single Sign-On, you benefit from:

  • More convenience: Log in with just one set of credentials – no more juggling multiple passwords for our products.
  • Higher security: Reduce the risk associated with managing and storing numerous passwords.
  • Better admin control: Your IT admins gain enhanced control over user access. They can now easily manage user access across products.

How it works

You can activate Single Sign-On at the organisational level. So, if you manage multiple accounts – say, an agency with sub-agencies – Single Sign-On will cover all your accounts and products under your organisation.

Your organisation admin can configure it via the admin panel, and authentication will happen through your chosen identity provider. Our Single Sign-On feature is compatible with SAML 2.0, which works with widely used identity providers like Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, and Google Workspace.

In short, your identity provider handles the authentication, and AudienceProject grants access to the platform.
