At AudienceProject, we are constantly working to make AudienceReport the best cross-media measurement platform in the market, and thanks to our customers’ feedback and our team’s dedication, we continue to improve. In this article, you can learn about the key highlights from last quarter and preview what’s on the horizon.
Outlook: Our ambition for the coming year
🌍 More markets for scalable business growth
We want to measure the markets you operate in. By continuing our European expansion, we will meet your growing demand for independent and comprehensive, always-on cross-media measurement supporting growth in all your markets.
📱 Broader channel coverage for a more comprehensive overview
We want to measure the channels you use. By expanding our existing partnerships with Amazon, Google, Meta and Microsoft and entering new ones, we will support more channels to provide an even more comprehensive overview of your campaign performance.
💡 More actionable insights for greater business value
We want to make it easy to take action on your insights. By introducing more data-driven recommendations that go beyond informing but inspire actions, we will make it even easier to optimise your campaign strategies and budgets.
Releases: Highlights from Q3
🤖 New AI copilot and ticket portal
Yesterday, we introduced the third and final of our new support enhancements: Audrey, your new AI copilot, and a new ticket portal.
With Audrey, you can now get instant answers to your questions 24/7, ensuring that you can stay productive no matter the time of day.
With the new ticket portal, you can now view, track, and take action on all your team’s tickets in one place, creating less uncertainty and more streamlined, effective communication.
📊 Enhanced user interface
In August, we introduced a new and enhanced user interface in AudienceReport, giving you a better overview and control of your campaigns.
As part of this update, we introduced a new ‘Campaign’ entity that aligns with the industry taxonomy, ensuring that you can manage and review the performance of your campaigns more cohesively.
Additionally, we improved the navigation with a best-in-class sidebar, allowing you to manage your channels, campaigns, and reports more effortlessly.
Finally, we added interactive product tours, helping you navigate the platform more easily and discover everything you need to know when using the platform.
🇪🇸 AudienceReport launches in Spain
Earlier this month, we announced the launch of AudienceReport in Spain.
With the launch, AudienceProject now also supports Spanish advertisers with independent and continuous audience measurement of campaigns across channels.
Spanish advertisers will be able to measure campaigns across the open web, social media, online video, and connected TV and gain insight into the total and incremental reach for each channel.
🇮🇹 More channels supported in Italy
In Q3, we expanded our channel coverage in Italy to include measurement of campaigns across the open web, social media, online video, and connected TV.
This will allow Italian advertisers to get an even more comprehensive overview of their campaign performance, supporting both campaign planning and optimisation.
📈 Enhanced channel efficiency insights
Last month, we introduced two new charts on channel efficiency in AudienceReport: “Cost per 1,000 events in TG” and “Cost per 1,000 reached in TG”.
These charts give you more comprehensive insights into how the channel efficiency for each of your channels develops over time, guiding you on when to continue and when to stop investing in your channels.
Roadmap: What to expect in Q4
🏠 New home dashboard
In Q4, we will introduce a new home dashboard in AudienceReport, that will serve as a centralised hub for ad operations professionals.
As part of the new home dashboard, we will provide you with the health status of your campaigns and integrations, an overview of your recent activities, and notifications on things to pay attention to, allowing you to manage and monitor your campaigns more easily.
👁️ Co-viewing on CTV
In Q4, we will launch co-viewing on CTV impressions across all channels in AudienceReport to provide you with even more accurate measurement of your campaigns.
This will help you understand the true reach of your campaigns, allowing you to allocate ad budgets more efficiently across channels and devices.
📺 Netflix ads measurement
In Q4, we will launch a new integration to Netflix, enabling advertisers to measure Netflix ads across all devices with AudienceReport.
Over the past half year, we have conducted rigorous testing to ensure that the integration and resulting measurement meet our standards, and in Q4, we will make the integration available to advertisers in selected countries.
🇨🇦 Expansion to Canada
In Q4, we will expand the market coverage of AudienceReport to support Canadian advertisers with independent and comprehensive cross-media measurement.
With this launch, we will enable Canadian advertisers to measure campaigns across the open web, social media, online video, and connected TV and gain insight into the total and incremental reach for each channel.
